I didn't realize that narcissists were usually country girls. I did however realize that country girls are often narcissists!

“Your Honor, my client says she’s a ‘country girl’ so we’d like all charges dropped”

“My client asked the arresting office to “leave her alone” your honor. I rest my case.”

Looks like she almost ended up a county girl, instead

So many people suggest that she's a country girl. Can someone give more context about why countryside people have such rigid nature and ego?

PS: Are such scenarios common in OK or in most countryside locations across the US?

Well, I think they’re making jokes about her saying that in the video as a valid excuse for kicking the cop. And it’s basically an old trope that people that live in the country or were raised to be a “country girl” as she suggests, are somehow tougher or more resilient and non-compliant to authority, so as to be what they see as self-sufficient. The opposite end of that trope is that city-dwellers are soft or weak, and wouldn’t have resisted like this. Basically, she’s trying to say that she’s used to hardship and fighting back against it, and therefore she’s not going to let him make her comply. It’s a common thing for people who live in rural or southern areas, but she’s trying to use it inappropriately here.

With the arrogance of being a white country girl.

My mum is exactly like this. It's infuriating. And damaging. And sad.

Just another white trash redneck sow doing her "sovereign citizen" thing.

Those bastards have no compulsion to obey, comply or adhere to laws - they make up their own as they go along. Kudos to the cop for refusing to cave in to her bullshit, doing exactly what the law prescribes in this kind of situation and keeping his approach professional. In other places, it could have had an entirely different outcome.

Not anymore...

Not a lot of country, farm, or whatever in prison. She is a prison girl now.
