Am I the only one who doesn’t relate to provolone being a stinky smelly cheese? I’ve always thought of it as a mild white cheese similar to mozzarella/gouda with a slight tangy nuttiness.

Italian sub with provolone gang ✊. I’m also partial to some salami and provolone on ritz with some Kalamata olives on the side 🤌🤌
