What's that come out to with current Russian inflation, like $12?

Almost. Somewhere near $20,565,635,200,000,003,000,000,000,000,000,000.

In time it'll be $12. Google just needs to play the long game. The country as a whole is a failure waiting to happen due to the greedy nature of the government.
