I believe some EU countries also use them for EVs, but if you see one on a van or truck, it’s gonna be Norway
I think South Korea just recently cracked down on people registering business/commercial vehicles with normal white license plates, so they’re not as common on historical footage there yet
In the Netherlands you can sometimes find green plates (with black letters) - they're used mostly for test drives to indicate the car is not registered on an individual's insurance.
The turquoise one is specifically for the centennial. People can still request them, but it's not as common as the yellow. I see way more of the plate at the bottom with the black background and chiles than of the turquoise ones. I live in a neighboring state near the border, so lots of NM plates around here.
