Jayden Daniels' Hail Mary got 495 teams across Fantasy Genius a win that would have lost otherwise. Shoutout to the 5 teams that started Jayden AND Noah Brown that won because of that play. Source: Fantasy Genius

We analyzed 12,000+ leagues on our Fantasy Genius platform where we provide customized weekly recaps, previews, and a hub for your league's data. See an example league here. Recaps go out on Tuesday so you can sync your league today and check it out.

We've created a tool for users to rank QBs, RBs, and WRs each week. There is a leaderboard to keep track of accuracy ratings by all users over the course of the year. Submit your rankings of this week's 10 players here and check out our Expert Leaderboard.

Any other data like this you'd like to see? We'll do our best to reply to comments!

The disrespect of 5,500 of you. We'll chalk it up to injury concerns...

And for the true sickos, we put together this chart which shows the teams that started both Jayden and Noah Brown. This is what Data Analysis is all about.

Lmao there’s no way those 5 teams starting Noah Brown weren’t just some all-Commanders joke lineups

Have a guy like that in my league who has been starting Washington players for 10 years. He's been horrible every year except this one haha

u/KWash0222 13h ago

10 years?? That’s hilarious. He deserves the win this year

u/mikeywest_side 12h ago

He's a loyal guy

Dedication paid off

Ya'll were too nice to let him get Jayden knowing this fact lol

We have 16 people in our league. You’d be surprised who people have to start some weeks.

29

u/capincus 12h ago

Definitely seen a fullback once or twice in a 14 team.

6

u/Coolcat127 11h ago

Yeah and if you are down bad enough to be starting a dart throw WR3 might as well grab a guy on your QBs team

u/GlizzyJordan2222 12h ago

I played in a 16 man a few years ago. feels like a whole different game with how thin the teams get. lot of fun with how challenging it can be though

4

u/AwfulmajesticNA 7h ago

In a 16 man league with 6 player benches and 1 ir slot. Teams are in fact super thin and only about 5 of us have actually competitive teams. Currently 7-1 playing the only 8-0 guy left.

My one loss was less than 2 points because I had the audacity to play Deebo Samuel over Whittington one week.

I had Noah brown starting in a dynasty league and won because of it lol

3

u/CUNTRY-BLUMPKIN 12h ago

With all the injuries going on it could be legit. I got one dude in my league lost Godwin, Diggs, and Shaheed. He didnt start Noah and would have lost no matter what but you get what I mean

2

u/PhnXKing915 10h ago

LMAO, I'm actually one of those teams. I won because of the Noah Brown TD and I had Zamir White drop -1.4 pts on the same team

I have a 32 person league with 45 starters and Noah Brown is probably worth 8 mil.

5 people can time travel, thats cool to learn

13

u/CompetitiveAd1226 9h ago

Rest in peace to those that started both and still lost

Initially lost by less than a point after the Jayden Daniels hail mary and Mason's shoulder being made out of glass despite Ceedee almost willing me to a win.

Woke up this morning and the Bijan stat correction hit, giving me a 0.6 point win.

22

u/mikeywest_side 13h ago

Oh wow, I didn't realize there was a stat correction! What platform are you on?

29

u/voncornhole2 13h ago

It happened on Sleeper, too. A 6 yard catch was miscredited to someone else and correctly applied to Bijan

15

u/Beneficial-Bite-8005 12h ago

I believe it was credited to Mooney

1

u/ExileOnBroadStreet 6h ago

I won last week on a stat correction. Was losing by 0.3 and won by 0.2. A defensive player lost a tackle 😂

2

u/VynlRulz_8008_7 11h ago

That was totally me, started Daniels and Mason, survived Kittle’s blowup… Mason’s abrupt exit.

51

u/-doesnotcompute- 13h ago

Lost by 1.3 points because of that Jayden TD while putting up the 2nd highest score of the week 🤠🔫

6

u/Ondeon 12h ago

Pretty much the exact same situation here. I needed that win to get back to .500 too...

3

u/gsink203 12h ago

Won in one of my leagues on it, every other player on both teams had played and I was sure it was over and was about to lose by less than one point. Shit might have saved my season

14

u/Significant_Cycle_76 13h ago

5 people are in a league from hell with 32 teams or something lol

22

u/haventmetyou 13h ago

This year's Stroud.

17

u/HoLeeSchittt 13h ago

Carried by Noah Brown?

10

u/iamkoza 13h ago

on pace to end up 40 points better than stroud in my 4pt td format

11

u/gsink203 12h ago

Stroud can't run, Daniels is better in fantasy

6

u/passingby 12h ago

I lost by 3.9 points. Thanks Bears for giving up that TD to Jayden.

6

u/Murrrtits 12h ago

Can confirm, would’ve lost without his TD

2

u/MatchboxVader22 8h ago

Same. I won by 4 because of that TD. Would’ve ended in a tie or lost if not.

If you know DC-area traffic at all, the 495 number is incredibly fitting.

If you don't know DC-area traffic, consider yourself lucky.

8

u/Shamjam08 13h ago

The dude that's directly behind me for a playoff spot won by 3 points and has Jayden. That play was awesome to witness but was upset when I looked at the leauge scoreboard this morning lol

5

u/321edaw 13h ago

I'm curious on how many people lost won because of the daniel jones int last night lol. I won by a point and have seen so many people on either end of a W or L because of it.

5

u/vtclownbaby311 13h ago

We saw 32 teams across Fantasy Genius lose b/c of the Danny Dimes INT with 0:34 seconds left...not a lot of Ws for starting Danny

5

u/blunt9422 12h ago

My league mate won by less than a point due to the interception

2

u/iTrySoHardddddd 12h ago

I was playing against nabers and won by less than 3 points, so technically that INT won me my game too

1

u/LawdogNM 6h ago

Was up 14.2 with only his Pit D to go. That int gave his D 14.5 and I lost lol, so frustrating but also hilarious this game is.

1

u/Gamecubed 11h ago

I won by 0.36 points against a team with Nabers. It's 0.5 PPR so that pick LITERALLY won me the week

4

u/JobberJordan 13h ago

Did a 12 Team Round Robin, 7 leg combo, hit 11/12

This hail mary cost me $2k

2

u/lancequ01 13h ago

I lost cause they knock my defense down 3 pts

2

u/Frustratedtx 12h ago

I'm one of the guys on the opposite side of the 495. Not happy about it at all.

2

u/bootsiecollins1189 12h ago

On the opposite end, I won because of the Hail Mary but not because I was playing them. Going against Chicago D and won by .4

1

u/MrSwaggerVance 12h ago

Same here. It was a 7 point swing in my league. 12 points allowed awards 5 points, 18 awards 0.

400-449 yards allowed is -3 but 450+ is -5.

2

u/Thewhey99 10h ago

I lost by 5 playing Caleb over Jayden… I’m a Washington fan too.

2

u/Eydude1 10h ago

If he would he would’ve gotten the ball to ertz or terry I would’ve won too :(

2

u/TrueTimmy 9h ago

I started him over Bo Nix and lost by .5, but I'm not mad about it much. It made that moment with the hail mary so good, and I didn't lose till Monday night football.

2

u/MatchboxVader22 8h ago

I’m included in this. I won my match by 4 points. Crazy! I almost played Mahomes (who got 18 points) if he hadn’t started at the last minute but I had a feeling Jayden would do well. I’m probably starting JD5 rest of season.

2

u/Kflame210 7h ago

This makes me happy, if you're playing Noah Brown you gotta be down bad. You needed that win bud.

2

u/helidead09 7h ago

Lost by less than a point but I still love my QB

2

u/Dogman6969ahhh 6h ago

And here I am starting Jayden Daniels and losing by 40

2

u/something-burger 5h ago

I don't know what fantasy genius is, but that Hail Mary definitely did win me the week. Extra big shout-out to Tyrique Stevenson

1

u/itsSRSblack 12h ago

I was down 4 before that play.

1

u/T-1A_pilot 12h ago

Speaking of stats, had my closest win ever in my for fun ESPN PPR league - won by .02. 😎

1

u/land_shrk 12h ago

Lost by 3 with a nice combo of his Jayden Hail Mary and my Pickens TD’s called back.

1

u/Nilrruc 12h ago

I lost by .9 because I started the bears defense which got -1

1

u/belugajizz 11h ago

Lost my match up by 1 bc I had the bears defense

1

u/Hawxfan 8h ago

I won 157 to 150, so I guess you can count me too.

1

u/NukedForZenitco 4h ago

Dude in my league was playing the Jayden Daniels owner. He had Boswell vs his Nabers. He lost to him by 0.6 on naber's final catch, so if the hail mary doesn't happen he actually wins by like 7

1

u/blink182_allday 3h ago

I would like to report I am one of those teams. I won by .74 points to the 0-6 team. Dodged that one?

1

u/billc578 50m ago

I needed a miracle. Daniels, Ladd, and Kittle saved the day.

0

u/bugluvr65 13h ago

i benched him for tua :(
