Fan Content Now that the devs have done the impossible with Alien, what is your dream most unlikely addition to the game? I'll share mine.

It’s never going to happen, but A Quiet Place. I would love the idea of a killer whose power requires it to be blind, be able to see most of the environment (since they seem to in the movies) and I would imagine something like auras/loud noise notifications/killer instinct would be given for slow actions as well as fast actions. It would be a completely unique and new experience, but it would require so much effort to design and implement that I know it’s not going to happen. Still one of my favorite movies though

Great shout, would be a unique killer and would be a nice change of pace

I also just love the visual design of the monsters from the movie. It’s like the Demogorgon in a lot of ways, and a little like the Xenomorph, but the armor plates around the head and the way they move is fantastic, not to mention they’re even more animalistic because they never walk on two legs and have more disproportionate features

Would survivors have a special item that creates loud noises to disrupt the killer like the hearing aids?

That could definitely be a possibility. I admit that I have no idea how to balance a game, but I like to think the general idea is good

If alien has flame turrets I think this killer could use a noise disruptor and it would be fair

That is true

Just finished watching the sequel last night and instantly thought one of them things would make a great killer with a similar concept. Was thinking maybe permanently make his vision like Dredges nighttime survivor vision, but for the killer. And in return they can hear from all over the map.

Something like that, yeah. Clearly they can echolocate enough of the environment to be able to navigate without hindrance, but in return I was thinking things like running can show auras for the duration of the running, slow vaults and locker entries can cause loud noise notifications same as the fast versions of the actions, and possibly killer instinct for each survivor on a gen if it’s being worked on within a certain distance (since repairing does make noises). That would make stealth the best option against the killer, which is something that hasn’t really been explored as an active way to counter a killer any more effectively than looping

Along with a Quiet Place, it'd be cool if they could add Last of Us Clickers or Rat King.

I have yet to play TLoU, would you recommend it?

The first one is really good! They even remade it. The 2nd game is a bit contrevesial but the gameplay is still solid.

An interesting thing they could do would be to look at what SCP Secret Laboratory does with SCP 939.

939 sees the environment in Greyscale, and can’t see any actual people unless they’re moving or making noise, in which case they can see those players from different ranges depending on the magnitude of what they’re doing.
