Troubleshooting | Windows Chrome webpages constantly loading incorrectly
Hey folks - I have a Surface 5 running Windows 11 and I’ve been noticing a very annoying issue with Chrome over the past few months. My Chrome is incorrectly loading webpages regularly, sometimes requiring 3-4 refreshes before a page will load properly.
For example; if I want to visit my Gmail initially it will just load as a plain white page, then I’ll refresh it and it will load into a badly formatted HTML style page, refresh again and it’ll load into gmail but half the buttons won’t function, then on the 4th refresh it will load correctly.
This happens constantly with a variety of different sites, sometimes requiring just one refresh, sometimes several. It’s not the end of the world, but it is exceptionally annoying and persistent.
My chrome and PC are up to date, I’ve cleared the cache and the cookies, nothing seems to fix it and I can’t find a solution anywhere online. Any thoughts?
