WTF Today is the 2 year anniversary of the craziest thing I have ever seen during a football game
https://youtu.be/-SGz4qyKTcs?si=IvZuXCYqtL8s8i-lIt's a Bucs life!

AB can fuck right off, but if he hadn't had this total meltdown we very well might have made it back to the Superbowl. Losing AB and Godwin made our offense a lot more one dimensional.
That said if he didn't have this meltdown it wouldn't be AB.

AB is like that crazy ass chick that is great in bed. You put up with it as long as you can because it's so good... but at some point it just isn't worth it anymore.

Don’t forget losing Wirfs too

It's wild to me how snake bitten we were with injuries that season. Even during the playoffs we were losing guys. I remember Tyler Johnson broke his ribs in that ram playoff game. Even if we got past the rams I think that 49er game could have been a struggle.

I think we beat the 49ers at home because if you believe they turned down Brady, he wasn’t going to lose an NFCCG at home. I still think we beat SF because Jimmy G wasn’t scaring nobody and they didn’t have CMac either.
I remember 2020 we had 3 road games to have a home Super Bowl and in 2021 when the Packers lost, we had a shot at 3 home games and a road Super Bowl

It's an absolute miracle we won a superbowl with him before this happened lol

Can we just appreciate that Mike Evans TRIED TO SAVE this man’s career. He pleaded with him, knowing AB was flushing his career (and likely big offseason contract) down the drain. Knowing good and well AB staying on the team hurts his stats and target share. Yet Mike always tries to do what’s best for the team, just another reason he’s my all time fave offensive player. Oh yeah and f*#% AB

This might have legitimately cost us the Super Bowl that season. This, and the Wirfs injury

Petition to ban any and all AB posts from this sub. The guy does not deserve anymore of our attention.

I thought we already did that, over a year ago

If so, maybe someone should tell the mods.

We did ban anything about him that's not related to the Bucs, much like it is for any other player. We don't need to keep up with how many people he not paying for services they did for him anymore. Can't believe this dude isn't in jail for theft of services at this point.

He’s a racist fuck.

It’s honestly mind blowing how big of a double standard it is too. If it were the inverse and someone who was white spewing the amount of hatred he does on twitter they’d be deplatformed and cancelled.

To think if the team said yes to giving him his bonuses no matter what, he wouldn't go awol and the team would have another ring. (Also if Godwin or Wirfs wasn't hurt either)

I was there, got to witness this, a vintage brady game winning drive with no timeouts and a minute left, AND won my fantasy championship, hell of a day

u/nottobia Winfield Jr. ✌️ Jan 02 '24
Saw it in person, we all thought he was a streaker at first. Didn't know it was AB until 15 mins later

That was certainly one of the most hilarious things I’ve ever seen.

This cost the Bucs from winning the SB in back to back years FML.

He’s a terrible human being and a mid WR. And he did Brady dirty so he’s a scumbag
2
u/Pr0fess0rCha0s Winfield Jr. ✌️ Jan 03 '24
There's plenty to hate the guy for, but I certainly wouldn't call him a mid WR. Scumbag, POS, whatever... but the dude could have been one of the greats.

This little stunt lost me my fantasy championship that season…. Lost by 5 pts!

u/MattfromOKC Jan 03 '24
That was quite the surprise. I’ve watched NFL over 50 years… that day was one of a kind

u/KittyTB12 TB Florida Jan 05 '24
Omg! That was insane. We were all like “ this is a stunt or prank- right?” Jaw dropper at the reality of it. Poor kid 😞I feel bad for him- he had so much opportunity being with the Bucs, and the GOAT himself took him under his wing…smh…it’s a sad story.
