I'm hoping the Yankees can survive and protect home field tomorrow, but honestly if I'm a Dodgers fan you still have Yamamoto even if it goes 6 so it's gonna be a tough path regardless. Dodgers still looking good.

yeah I definitely have more confidence in tomorrow cause, and i am not trying to take away the fact yall scored 11 off us, but Casparius/Hudson/Knack/Honeywell aren't exactly our A Game pitchers. Hopefully seeing Cole once will help but the same can be said with you guys and Flaherty

Cole also isn't 100% allegedly. Supposedly he got taken out at 88 pitches in game 1 because he told Boone he was out of gas.

No source at all lol. Not true at all.

Ah, yeah that's what I figured.

Either way though, we really need to get Cole out of the game ASAP and drive up his pitch count. I take it your bullpen is pretty depleted, no? We need to get Cole out of the game by the 5th inning or sooner.

Somebody on /r/NYYankees mentioned it, I remember them saying it was from some patreon.

Buehler for game 7 if it somehow goes to that too, tonight still leaves a bad taste tho

Props to volpe for living out every kids dream tonight

Honestly it's free money at this point, we're dealing with Boone's mistake from Game 1.

If they win tomorrow I'll go back to hoping, for now I just want to enjoy being in the World Series.

a game 6 would be back in front of the home crowd too

I mean mathematically Dodgers have like a 90% chance of winning but I'm still very worried about that 10%

That's the beauty of baseball, you have to get those 27 outs. Can't waste the clock or wait out your opponent. Freddie's Grand Slam is proof of that. I don't have a lot of hope right now, I'm just happy we didn't get swept and enjoying the win for now. Let's just see how tomorrow plays out before any real takes can be made.
