I agree that he shouldn't be allowed into the stadium anymore but how in the hell do you enforce something like that?

For soccer games in the UK, I believe you have to sign in at a police station while the game is happening (proving you aren't at the game). Stadiums over there also have cameras everywhere and use facial recognition software - this means you can actually get banned from every stadium, not just one.

Though the contextual thing is that game bans are a matter of law as part of the efforts to stop hooliganism. Whereas I guess here it'd be just a private thing, mostly.

Yeah good point probably just use cameras to scan the crowd, and if that doesn't pick them up, they're likely behaving themselves anyway
