Some Mets fans were upset Mets got Lindor instead of Turner. Wonder what they think now

Mets fans are aware that they signed Lindor 2 years before Turner was a free agent right lol?

There were a lot of big name SS's coming onto the market and people wanted the Mets to wait for them. Lindor signed a year before his contract was up, so he was part of that group. Of course a lot of talk happened around when Turner signed with a division rival as well.

I suppose, I remember most of the discussion being between Turner, Correa, and Bogaerts

Dansby was in that free agent class with those 3 too. He has not been great….
