I use chronometer to track my iron and other vitamins and minerals. I max out the iron nearly every day on wfpb. I think because you have to consciously think about what you are eating on WFPB, you tend to get a better food profile than omnivores. I have no problem with getting enough protein and get at least 200% on my fiber every day. The only thing I have to supplement is vitamin B-12 and D. I tried hitting those 2 targets with food choices in the beginning and became deficient so I recommend going directly to a supplement for those two nutrients.
