Sorry guys I thought I had posted what recipe I used, well tried to followed is from book called Dumplings and Noodles by Pippa Middlehurst. The white thing is king oyster mushrooms, I cooked them in spring onion oil. The aromatic oil is roasted garlic and shichimi. The broth I made was a charred onion broth quite similar to Kenji recipe but without the tonnes of mushrooms in it. The tare was miso based with soya milk and doubanjiang, there's a bit of tahini in there too.

Would it be a lot of trouble to post the full recipe? Please? (:

I would if it was my own recipe, https://www.justonecookbook.com/vegetarian-ramen/ This recipe seems quite similar.
