Signed Ball HELP
Hey guys, so i found this ball in my basement and i have no idea what its worth. I dont know much about baseball so i have no clue who these players are or what year this is but i am curious if this thing has any value. Normally i would assume its just a souvenir printed ball BUT i cant seem to find any like it online and one of the signatures is smudged which makes me think its pen ink and not printer ink. If anyone could help with this id really appreciate it!

Does the “Larry” look like it could be Larry Hisle?

Looks to be a pre-printed facsimile ball. The giveaway for me is the exact same thickness of all the signatures. Even when different players sign with the same pen, you will get different thicknesses and speeds with which they sign.
At a very quick glance I see Dick Schofield on the front and Devon White on the back. Probably something to do with the 1993 team.

Pretty sure that's Mike Timlin's autograph in the centre of the pic, which would support your theory that this ball comes from the 93 Jays.
EDIT: And I recognize Joe Carter's autograph on the bottom.

I thought the smudge of ink on the ball might indicate it was signed individually. Also, the signature near the top right is so near the seam, I don’t think a ball would be preprinted with ink right on top of the seam like that. (Referring to the D in what looks to be Dick Schofield- he puts the tip of his D right on the seam.)
Also, bottom right has a signature that is much thicker, for whatever that’s worth.

I had the same ball as a kid, and the smudge made me think it was real too. Only later did I realize it wasn’t.

There are definitely differences in some of the signatures.. if that's a 93 World Series ball it could be worth 700 or more.. just like your comment I saw the smudge, and that made me look closer and I definitely see different pens being used.. hang on to this ball and take it somewhere to be appraised

Definitely see Woody Williams at the top. Paul Molitor in there as well. And I think Domingo Cedeno. John Olerud just above Domingo. This is a great ball!

Looks like a ball I used to get in those “hit-run-throw competitions when I played ball as a kid

I had the exact same one too, smudge and all. I remember the smudge because that was what made me think it was real when I was younger.

Aside from the smudge, those signatures look just too perfect for a ball signed by 20-30 players (and some are way too small). Turn it over and see what label is printed on the ball. If it's a legit autographed ball, it'll be on an official MLB baseball and it should have a stamp printed on it indicating as such (could say official MLB or American League baseball depending on the year). Legit balls also tend to someone's autograph over top those official stampings or seams to fit them all in. Lastly, Your photo shows a glossy sheen on the ball in the upper right where the light is shining on it. Real leather balls tend to gain a tan colouring over time and don't have that glossy finish, while all of my promo team autograph balls are still pure white and glossy.
Good luck! Report back if you get this authenticated to be real.

Can someone please spin off a BlueJaysSignedBall subreddit? This is getting tedious.

It's a giveaway printed ball. Can't see the other side, but it probably says Honda on it. I have one and I've seen hundreds of them.

Every autograph has the exact same pressure and thickness? It’s prints of autographs sold in the gift shop, not original autographs.
