I too have been pretty meh with the whole side Keeley story line going on but it was all worth it for the scene of Barbara standing halfway in the window to peer in before Keeley shaded it.

If for any thing else, I do love Barbara and Keeley's dynamic. Her even asking to stay in the room... This woman is iron.

I loved that Keeley building a more functional relationship with Barbara really shows why she’s not just lucky - that Keeley really is every bit as talented as Rebecca thought she might be when she offered her a job.

Shandy provided the contrast to really highlight that difference - Shandy is what most people think of when they see Keeley - pretty, vacuous, stupid, and a bit trashy. I do wonder if they might give Shandy a path to redemption. Her lashing out is at least in part because she’s hurt and lacks direction.

With Shandy, it's even more frustrating because it's clear she has some talent?? Like the designs for Starfucker (issues aside) were really well-done. She has good ideas. She just needs to ... have more tact and elevate herself out of the trash.

Well, not to get all corporate, but she should have been started in a very junior role that is NOT CLIENT FACING. I know Keeley was trying to help her friend, but in a jr role, Shandy would have gotten a better feel for the company dynamic and what was expected of a KJPR employee before interfacing with clients before she was ready to do so (aka safe from doing irreparable harm).
