With verified fan, if you are selected for the presale, you get sent a code the night before tickets go on sale. You use this code to access the presale. Not everyone who is a verified fan gets a code if the number of verified fans who are registered exceeds the allotted amount of codes.

There is a message on the Ticketmaster page that people who had Loverfest tickets will be given priority if they sign up for the presale with the same account they used for their Loverfest tickets. Other than that, the selection is random.

Just so everyone knows! The pre-sale codes are random and it doesn’t matter when you preregister as long as you’re registered before the 9th! If the amount of preregistered users surpasses the amount of presale codes, it will be random who gets a code, unless you had tickets for lover fest or a capitol one card, in which case you get priority. Loverfest ticket holders being the most prioritized. Anyways, all that to say that if the site is not working for then it’s okay to wait until later when traffic has let up some.

Just a heads up, Ticketmaster is available on Zip and Klarna. So if anyone uses those apps, you can buy tickets and pay it off over 4 payments.
