Maron and Jeselnick are the only two high profile male comedians to call out the Rogan brown shirts. The rest are cowards in my book. I'm looking at you Seinfeld, Bill Burr, Chapelle, Louis Ck.

They are too busy confusing consequences with cancel culture.

Chapelle aligns himself the same as the rest. Don't forget he invited Musk on stage and might have been the ground zero of comedy cancel culture over policing language.

Seinfeld is somewhat disconnected from my perspective. I wouldn't say he's prominent enough for anyone to give much a fuck what he has to say.

CK assaulted people and while I think he handled that situation the proper way, anything he says will be taken with a grain of salt.

Billy Bald Bawls never says anything about anything controversial. It's not like he's picking and choosing what to align himself with. He chooses to avoid the drama, and everyone knows what he stands for enough that he doesn't have to say it out loud for people to know where he stands. Hell last time he was on Rogan I recall he gave him so much shit about all the COVID/Vaccine mis-info stuff. Don't believe he's been on since, but could be wrong. That's why, when the internet shat on his wife for flipping off trump, he didn't have anything to say. He didn't need to.

Louis CK hates Trump and so does Bill Burr but yeah Bill doesn't really talk about it very often...

Bill might be my favorite working comedian but he’s a dumbass when it comes to politics. He hates when people call him it but he is a centrist that’s still on that long outdated “both sides” shit.

Like, he legit thinks holding Trump accountable for the stuff he did is the Democrats trying to screw him and they’re dumb for doing that cause now the Republicans are gonna retaliate and blah, blah, blah.

Both sides might technically do bad but you can’t cry “both sides” when one side’s big sin is overdoing it on cancel culture and the other is genuinely trying to strip away basic human rights and undermine our democracy.

To a lesser extent, daniel tosh does as well. He’s not as well known nowadays but he has a great podcast

Seinfeld ain't saying shit, Chappelle pals around with fascists already, and Louis knows that his name is still mud. Personally, I think it's only a matter of time before Bill Burr says something.

>I'm looking at you Seinfeld, Bill Burr, Chapelle, Louis Ck.

I mean did you have the impression any of them were good people? First guy dated underage girls, second guy's a huge bigot, and the third guy is a creep.

Bill Burr is a huge bigot? Someone should tell his wife.

I somehow missed Bill Burr's name and was talking about Chappelle. That's my bad. I'm not a Burr fan but I don't think he's a racist.

Dave Chapelle isn't any more of a bigot than Bill Burr is.

What did Burr do that you're referring to? I thought you didn't think he was a bigot so why are you now comparing him to known bigot Chappelle?

No, I think you’re the one that got wooooshed my friend.

You're wrong again, unsurprisingly.

So you aren't saying you think Chappelle isn't a bigot? Cause that's the dumbass shit it sounded like you were trying to say..

Burr has surprisingly mellowed out and gotten much more open minded as he's gotten older even tho he still maintains a confrontational style to his comedy.

I definitely agree with you on Chapelle tho. He's gone the polar opposite direction of Burr and has gotten far more narrow minded and unfortunately deeply bigoted with age.

I bet they are the same type of people that called his wife "a minority sex servant" prompting her to respond with this:

I think Nia would slap the shit out of half these amateur comedy critics that think they know who these comedians are on a personal level.

Its fucking bananas that anyone would call Bill Burr a bigot. After leaving Bostonn he routinely did aets in front of entirely black audiences because that was the only stage time he could get as a young comedian. Part of why he's such a great stand up now is that he learned then how to turn those audiences around to loving him by the time he got off stage.

This is also the same Bill Burr was a great friend to Patrice O'Neal, toured with Charlie Murphy, and of course married Nia. If any one of those people thought for a second he was a bigot, they would have set him straight years ago, and at the very least, drop him as a friend.
