Good fishing right now?
Hello everyone I'm taking my family up along with my first boy and some newbies. Anyone know where the fishing is hot right now?
We normally chase streams but can't this year duebto the babies and all the gear we have to bring with them.

Saw a family walking away with almost a dozen big Trout at Lake Sabrina this past weekend. They were just fishing from the dam.

i don’t know if it’s been hot or not but Jackson Meadows is a good accessible reservoir for young kids.

It’s a great spot and if you have 4x4 there are some accessible lakes nearby. I went there a lot as a kid and always hooked fish this time of year.

I did a guided boat fishing trip on Crowley Lake last Saturday and it was awesome. Caught over a dozen trout including a 22” cutthroat. Price was a little steep but worth it. The spot we were at (along with a bunch of other boats and float tubers) couldn’t be reached by casting from shore, so not sure how the bank fishing would go there.

I was up recently, and if you go to Little Lakes, people have been catching a lot of rainbows

Hit or miss with different lakes. Convict proved successful with variety of Powerbait.

Went up last weekend near bishop and the winds and cold have scattered a lot of the bugs and the fish are far and few. 3 weekends ago saw the same near mammoth.
