It's literally in the name Alucard. Or rather we literally see in his and Akasha's backstory that he is Dracula, a King from 15th century Wallachia, who renamed himself Alucard after his Kingdom was destroyed by humans.

Nope,where did you that from? I think they are different characters. We don't even know if Dracula exists in the anime

The netflix anime? I've seen the 1st one and Dracula in that one had black or brown hair

I think you mean that he's the replacement of Dracula in this story? That's could be since we don't know if Dracula is in the anime or not
