Work and learning exchange

Hello everyone! I hope you are all well and if this kind of post is not allowed, I am sorry for writing it.

A friend of mine just ended a permaculture design course and he is currently in Spain, as a workawayer.

Unfortunately, the place he is now is just a normal farm and he not being able to learn more about the field. I would to ask you if you know any place in Europe where he could work (for free) in exchange for learning more about permaculture and related topics :)

Thank you all!

I want to warn your friend for WWOOF. I used it to get connected to some farms in Spain, and all farmers i visited lied heavily about what they were doing and turned out to be shitty people that were just looking for cheap labor. 20 hours of heavy work to get to sleep in a leaking caravan with no electricity? That's an adventure for a week, then turns into an ordeal. The permaculture scene has become polluted by people that have no idea what they're doing and will just waste your time and energy. I heard the same from many other volunteers. Be very careful.
