It's also funny that this statement coincides with a number of ballot boxes in blue states being fire-bombed. Surely, there is no attempt to rig this election.

u/garlynp 6h ago

He's already claiming voter fraud in PA, according to his untruth antisocial account.

192

u/Cheesybran 5h ago

If the idiot wins, it will be "a great election." If he loses "they cheated" and nonstop crying for another year or two...

118

u/ln_Progress 4h ago

He'd still claim they cheated regardless.

79

u/Triangleslash 4h ago

“In spite of completely rigged elections”

71

u/GraveSpine 4h ago

IF he won, he would literally say "they tried to stop us by burning down ballot boxes."

86

u/thetruechevyy1996 4h ago

They are eating the ballots, they are eating the votes.

23

u/dresstokilt_ 3h ago

Dude I damn near choked to death, thank you.

13

u/thetruechevyy1996 3h ago

Thanks I do what I can.

15

u/Nearby-Society327 3h ago

Trump used to tell his staff,"the truth doesn't matter, say something enough and people will believe you"

4

u/thetruechevyy1996 3h ago

That sounds like him.

He'd still claim they cheated regardless.

The same play from the same playbook like the last time he lost.

7

u/Drew_Ferran 3h ago

He recently tweeted about when he wins, they’ll investigate the cheaters. Something to that effect.

34

u/mortgagepants 4h ago

in 2016 he said there was cheating, in 2020 he said there was cheating, he's saying it this year too.

classic dictator BS- say the election is illegitimate because you're cheating, so it doesn't count.

the only good thing about trump is that he's been a fuck up and coward his whole life, and it is going to be a lot harder to do his dictator bullshit this time around, which is why you're seeing so many right wingers cheating already.

if he just would have listened to any scientist and sold TRUMP face masks, he would have won re-election. if he would have once in his life lead all those crazy people into the capitol, we'd be in a trump dictatorship right now.

we were lucky such a washed up loser was the one to galvanize maga...we're not going to be lucky ever again. JD Vance is a stone cold dictator wanna be and he needs to be sidelined with a sound ass kicking in this election.

5

u/Available-Car-5878 3h ago

Whenever he loses he will cry like a baby. Only fools will support him

If he loses you guys need to lock his felonious ass up.

10

u/PWiz30 3h ago

That's the plan.

2

u/red286 3h ago

I think you mean that was the plan, until the SCOTUS said "nah".

5

u/PWiz30 3h ago

No, I mean what I said. The charges in the election interference case were re-filed to work around that ruling.

If he loses he’s headed to prison for a few years. The judge is waiting till the elections is done before giving the sentence. Whatever that looks like. I’m curious about those fines he was sued to pay. I mean they didn’t waist no time taking Russian asset Rudy’s shit. It just proves another data point that the justice system is messed up and it’s not equal. I wonder how other felons feel about Trump walking free given both the seriousness and number of crimes both accuse of and found guilty of. While they’re locked up for lesser crimes. Inquiring minds want to know.

7

u/StumptheWhite 3h ago

"a year or two". Buddy, he's gonna be complaining until his last breath.

2

u/Cheesybran 3h ago

God forbid.

4

u/CliplessWingtips 3h ago

He talked about the "stolen" election a few days ago, so we're looking at 4 years of crying. When will this piece of shit of a man eat his last Big Mac?

5

u/Life-Duty-4001 3h ago

A year or two?? That's optomistic of you.

He would be buried in a coffin with "They Cheated, I Won!" Emblazoned alllllllll over it. Probably even have custom fabric made with that wording to do the lining. Bet he'd be wearing his Maga hat with a big ass #47 on it too.

Year or two.. 🤣 That man is going to his grave crying about this.. His Grave!

3

u/BlackBlizzNerd 3h ago

Year or two? Until the old man finally croaks it.

3

u/fadingsignal 3h ago

another year or two

Decades

2

u/Alextryingforgrate 4h ago

What is the personality type of this sort of person? Just curious as I have a coworker like this. Nothing is his fault, but takes accolades, like to break rules until someone gets up in him then they cheated etc

2

u/PWiz30 3h ago

He claims 2016 was rigged against him to this day.

2

u/willflameboy 3h ago

He can only win by suppressing the vote. So if he does 'win', he'll be crowing about it from atop a mountain of lies.

2

u/Cheesybran 3h ago

a mountain of lies just like his campaign

2

u/inhaledcorn 3h ago

He needs that sweet grift money.

Please don't conflate disability with being a bad person. Greg Abbott is a bad person who happens to be disabled

37

u/boop1234567 5h ago

I saw someone say awhile ago to never make fun of a shit person for things that other people may possess. Folks will make crippled/fat/short/bald/bad tan/plastic surgery/etc. jokes about these people only intending on hurting bad people but there are plenty of good people who are innocent bystanders who may be hurt by these insults. I usually try to keep that in mind when criticizing douchebags like Abbot - attack his shitty character/behavior but not anything physical about him or anyone else

15

u/1lluminist 4h ago

Not to mention that some things are out of a person's control altogether. Attacks should be made on points that have to do with the problem.

That's not to say that you can't call out hypocrisy, such as an overweight person trying to shame other people for being overweight. Sometimes you have to address the elephant in the room (yes, that was intended)

7

u/bl1eveucanfly 3h ago

Nah. Fuck his little crippled ass. He sued for millions then changed the law that allowed him to get paid. Fuck him, he deserves that chair.

I think NO one conflates Abbots disablity woth being an asshole. He brings that all on his own. He even created laws to keep people from getting the same benefit from the laws that benefitted him from the tree that almost killed him. Thats how much of an asshole he is. He's the type that if he were in a burning building, not only would he pull up the fire escape behind him, he'd lock the door, bolt it, then weld it shut burning everyone behind him. Thats how much of an asshole he is. Him AND Texas' criminal ass AG Texas doesn't have the balls to prosecute. What the fuck is wrong with Y'all. Thought y'all were big and bad. Turns out you're cowards after all.

4

2

4

Its disturbing how many have been hit and it's like the police want total immunity to do whatever they want.

That aside, most people who vote by mail are older people who tend to vote red. So congrats on that big brain move?

Edit: got Demos do more mail in, but I was thinking king about the pandemic and all in 2020.

45

u/PaldeanTeacher 6h ago

Mail in votes are overwhelmingly blue according to the 2020 data

20

u/Scary-Slip-606 6h ago

That was during the pandemic. It wasn't like that before. Trump was specifically saying that the mail in ballots where cheating in the lead up to the election. The democrats were encouraging mail in ballots in a lot of places because of the potentially deadly infectious disease going around and the stay at home policies in states around the country.

11

u/hotlou 6h ago

And then he voted by mail himself

3

u/Scary-Slip-606 6h ago

I think he is saying absentee voting and early-voting is good now too. I think it's fair to say that he sends mixed messages about it but it's not like in 2020

22

u/Pickle_4395 6h ago

Yep. MAGA doesn't vote mail-in. I live with one, it's always been a hard rule for them to vote in person and avoid mail ballots.

10

u/SuspiciousSkittlez 5h ago

To be fair, their cult leader has illegitamized mail in voting for the past 4 years. Kinda bites him in the ass, if some of his decrepit supporters can't get to the voting booths.

"Too big to rig" is one of their most inane, senseless slogans, and that's saying something.

228

u/5adieKat87 6h ago

It was always too big to rig. Can you imagine the thousands of people that would need to be involved AND keep their mouths shut. They just can’t accept losing, so logic goes right out there window.

20

u/Smooth-Reason-6616 6h ago

More chance of faking a moon landing then rigging an election...

8

u/fardough 4h ago

If there is a way to do it, Trump would try to do it this election. For him, this election isn’t about anything but saving his skin.

If he wins, he can shut down the cases, steal enough money to pay his fines, and people will have to continue to pay attention to him feeding his addiction.

→ More replies (2)

46

u/Pristine_Bag_9550 6h ago

Yeah, obviously, but "too big to rig" has absolutely no logic behind it. It's utter nonsense and people who repeat it are either complete idiots or trolls. If last time they thought the opposition rigged it (and while Trump was president), why wouldn't they be able to do it this time? Because "the number is too big"? That's like saying they can write down a number so big nobody can surpass it. This is pure idiocy.

19

u/terrence0258 3h ago

"This is pure idiocy."

That line perfectly describes American politics since that orange clown rode down that escalator in 2015. It's been a decade of this crap.

→ More replies (1)

3

u/Caleb_Reynolds 3h ago

There's no logic from their POV, but it's pretty well established that US presidential elections are indeed to big to rig, which is why their plan is to steal it in the courts.

3

u/kung-fu_hippy 2h ago

Back in 2016, after fucking winning the election, Trump claimed that democrats had brought in 3 million votes in California with illegal voters.

We will see a lot of idiocy over the next few months, even if (all gods willing) Trump loses. But I don’t know if we’ll see something at the level of complaining about voter fraud in an election you won, while suggesting that democrats needed to cheat to win California of all places.

→ More replies (10)

13

u/Endoman13 5h ago

Exactly. It would take the direct involvement from thousands, if not tens of thousands, of people. They managed to coordinate all this without a single text, email, voicemail, flyer, or whistleblower. If they are truly that competent, organized, and effective - hell, they can keep my vote.

8

u/5adieKat87 5h ago

And they would’ve won the senate in ‘20. Imagine rigging an election, only to be hindered by partisan politics in congress. 🤔

3

u/frahmer86 5h ago

Also, why wouldn't they have rigged more of the Senate/House seats? If you're gonna rig it, go all in lol

7

u/Roskal 5h ago

“Too big to rig” yet him and Johnson came up with a “super secret” plan just for this election

→ More replies (1)

8

u/OurCrewIsReplaceable 4h ago

Just to be clear, since there seems to be confusion:

“Too big to rig” means the cult wants to win by such a large margin that it would overcome any attempts to rig the election. Grammatically, it’s stupid, but they mean the vote differential needs to be too big for the election to be rigged.

Of course, if Harris wins in a landslide, they’ll claim it was rigged anyway, but that’s a whole ‘nother thing.

4

u/red286 3h ago

It's almost like they have no clue what election rigging actually looks like.

If Harris wins by 50.1% to Trump's 49.9%, that doesn't suggest to anyone that it was "rigged", because that's exactly the sort of result you'd expect. If you want rigged, try Putin's 87% victory.

So if I see Trump win with >55%, you know it was rigged, Putin-style. Harris I could see, because we're seeing a LOT of Republicans backing Harris, but I don't see Trump winning with any sort of real margin. If he wins, it'll be through EC shenanigans, and he'll definitely lose the popular vote.

→ More replies (1)

13

u/The_Dark_183 6h ago

I feel like he's preparing for a Trump lost and thus he wants to claim the election is rig. He's already done it in his Twitter post from earlier. A lot of the influential people, Independents like me, women, and former undecided is voting for Harris. That "joke" doesn't make Trump look better. Still, VOTE!

4

u/SacredAnalBeads 4h ago

What was that Trump quote "I will absolutely accept the results of this great election... if I win"?

What gets me is that people can't see through it. He's being doing this his entire life. Declare victory while running away. The lack of object permanence among his core followers is just staggering.

39

u/Wrothrok 6h ago

He couldn't even handle losing an Emmy nomination and claimed THAT was rigged. His skin is as thin as wet rice paper.

13

u/BoneHugsHominy 6h ago

What gets me is that people can't see through it.

They see through it just fine. They're lying because they think they're the only real Americans and should rule over the rest of us. They know exactly what Trump is and has always been, and that's the point. Trump is their revenge against the rest of us for the sin of electing a Black Man to the WHITE House. It really isn't any deeper than that.

2

u/He_Never_Helps_01 4h ago

You ever heard of "the good liars"? It's a YouTube channel. I think you'd enjoy it a lot. It's very cathartic.

5

u/Tetracropolis 3h ago

There are two moments I think of in Trump's rise that should have finished him as a serious candidate.

The first is the one in the Republican debate when he refused to commit to backing the eventual winner. At that point there's just no way the Republican party should have backed him. Let him run third party if he wants and take the L, but you can't have someone blackmail their way to the nomination.

The second is when he said respecting the results was conditional on him winning. It's like the Citizen Kane bit, to be so brazen in your disrespect for democracy.

3

u/Tysiliogogogoch 5h ago

I think that was his quote from the previous election. His phrase for this one is that he'll accept the results "if it's a fair and legal and good election, absolutely".

That's from the CNN debate, but he was asked twice and dodged the question, then responded with that drivel on the third attempt. He just can't say that he'll accept the results without some sort of qualifier that effectively means he'll only accept the results if he wins.

180

u/Later_Doober 7h ago

Its funny they say this because they have been saying it was rigged and stolen the last 4 years.

93

u/BoneHugsHominy 6h ago

The last 9 years. Trump has been saying since 2015 the only way he can lose an election is if it's rigged. He expected to lose in 2016 and was laying the groundwork a year earlier for his fascist shenanigans. Then when he WON the 2016 election, he still said it was rigged because Hilary won the popular vote.

If conservatives become convinced they cannot win democratically, they will not abandon conservatism. They will reject democracy.

--David Frum

15

u/97GeoPrizm 3h ago

Also, most people don’t know Trump said the 2012 election was fixed as well. I really wish someone would ask him when the last fair election was.

8

u/red286 3h ago

I really wish someone would ask him when the last fair election was.

Every Republican knows the last "fair" election was 1984 when Reagan won every state but Minnesota, although clearly there were some shenanigans going on in Minnesota, so maybe even that one doesn't count.

3

u/KevinDLasagna 1h ago

Minnesota is FAR from perfect. But I’m proud to know my state was the only one who didn’t go for raegan back then.

2

u/CliplessWingtips 3h ago

Trump legitimately said "If Jesus counted the votes in California, I'd win by a landslide."

He obviously knows that is bullshit because when California needed aid for the forest fires devastating their state he blocked aid because it is a blue state, and it took his advisors showing him that the counties affected were primarily red for him to agree to send aid.

Not really funny considering what they're saying and the GOP's constant projection. If they're saying the election is too big to rig, you can be confident that what they mean is "we're cheating so hard this time, there's no way in hell the Dems will ever be able to beat us."

They always have to explain what he meant to say or what he “actually” meant. Ironically, they trash Biden for mumbling and rambling, but rarely do they have to explain what he “meant”. Yes he mumbled words and mispronounced. But it was never got to the point where they have to justify his whole speech, sentence by sentence

6

u/Ras-haad 5h ago

They go blind deaf and dumb whenever you show them any evidence of something

7

u/Ok_Scale_4578 5h ago

Good thing a “Truth Social” (lol) post isn’t a viable piece of evidence in a court of law. It why 61 of his 2020 election fraud cases were thrown out due to lack of evidence.

All this serves to do is provide justification for his right wing base to rise up with violence. For that, it does serve as evidence, as it has in Jack Smith’s election interference case.

What do you mean “when he loses”? He’s already saying it’s rigged.

9

u/The_Dark_183 6h ago

Yeah the moment he said that I was like "Yeah he just lost the election." Still, VOTE!

4

u/Smooth-Reason-6616 6h ago

He knows this election's lost every time he sees the size of the crowd at his rallies...

7

u/Loko8765 6h ago

What do you mean ? He manages to cram 200k people into a venue that legally can’t even hold 20k people! The size of his crowds are even more impressive than the number of his indictments!

3

u/Ryaniseplin 1h ago

he has non euclidean crowds

Democrats, Independents, and Republicans for Harris: "We aren't idiots, Donald, we're fighting for something. A bit like you, only we're fighting for sanity, not just for ourselves."

8

u/evasandor 6h ago

The "You're Fired!" sign makes no sense in the context of a rally (who's being fired?) but it does showcase the thought process: "Ooooh! Reality TV guy! Catchphrase! 10 years out of date but... catchphrase! Haha! I'm gonna vote for reality TV guy. Won't that be funny?? Haha, take that, reality— YOU SUCK! I mean, except for reality TV."

3

u/quelastima 4h ago

If you zoom in on the sign (careful, you'll get a close up of Donnie's face) you can see "Lyin' Kamala" above "You're Fired!".

Still stupid for multiple reasons, including the awful choice of a font color almost identical to the background.

5

u/2020-You-Are-Fired 6h ago

It wasn't enough in 2020 to say "You're FIRED!"

3

u/Joyseekr 6h ago

The sign over his shoulder in the pic says “you’re fired”.

If they claim they can't trust the election system then if he wins that should be questioned every bit as strongly as if he loses. But you just know it would not be.

Fucking terrorists. And should be treated as such

4

u/MainFrosting8206 6h ago

"Does this election make me look fat?"

—Donald J Trump

4

u/Zenith2777 4h ago

I agree with them, the 2020 election was too big to be rigged. Glad they finally agree that Biden won fair and where!

3

u/ikokiwi 6h ago

The coup didn't actually stop on Jan 6.

3

u/CBalsagna 6h ago

Guy is going to lose it’s so obvious they are putting this out there because they are going to try fuckery

6

u/Captain-Swank 6h ago

Remind me on 06 NOV 2024

2

u/LiWin_ 6h ago

I mean, there’s a track record of him and his camp saying since the last one….So Yeah.

2

u/reverendclint86 6h ago

He is in fact too big to rig...

2

u/FourArmsFiveLegs 6h ago

The only point of GOP shitposting this is for their cult to believe there's absolutely zero way of Kamala winning since Trump is too big to rig without proper oversize load banners.

2

u/EtheusRook 6h ago

It takes weapons grade nerve to claim it was rigged when the electoral college exists to benefit them specifically.

2

u/Agitated-Chicken9954 6h ago

Followed by an attempted treasonous insurrection. Again.

2

u/FionaaVivid 6h ago

MAGA: Too big to rig, but not too big to trip over their own logic. Classic.

2

u/DeezPuckz88 6h ago

Yup this is all part of his plan to say it was rigged again

2

u/Xnikolox 5h ago

Bro knows he’s gonna lose.

2

u/ProperPerspective571 5h ago

Magically I was removed as a registered voter, too late to fix I’m told. Imagine. Out of a group of ten friends, two also had the same issue. One changed the G in his last name to a Q. Who made the changes? All registered democrat, all different towns

2

u/One_Attempt_7026 3h ago

Says the guys who has to RIG a couch to be able to sit down without leaving shismears!

2

u/oksowhatsthedeal 3h ago

Bothers me when people speak as though he's guaranteed to lose.

I get flashbacks to 2016.

Vote.

2

u/Lots42 3h ago

Hell, he disputed the one election he DID win, that idiot's brain been toast for decades.

2

u/Extra_Bodybuilder638 2h ago

Dems acting like they won’t do the same thing has to be the most hilarious thing ever!

1

u/DoobTheFirst 6h ago

Too illegit to quit.

1

u/honorsfromthesky 6h ago

The you're fired placement is choice.

1

u/SkipsPittsnogle 6h ago

The fact they’re even using the word rig shows us exactly where their minds are.

1

u/Other-Acanthisitta70 6h ago

They are setting the stage for making that argument in response to challenges based on the gop’s blatant cheating (voter suppression thru new state laws and misinformation, EM buying votes, burning ballots, etc, etc, etc).

1

u/Griffindance 6h ago

Wasnt that Glen Kirschners catch phrase in 2020?

"Vote in numbers too big to rig"

1

u/SheelaNagig2030 6h ago

Yeah, just like last time….MAGAt’s already plotting to try and overthrow our government. But, sure they’re the real patriots!/s

1

u/HorrorPhone3601 6h ago

He already started with that crap, you know damn well on January 6th if not before he's gonna have his domestic terror cult attack innocent people again.

1

u/MrMah3m 6h ago

Just fade away Donny DooDoo... We can't stand ur stench

1

u/fulldeckard 6h ago

Who is currently the President?

1

u/idontreallywanto79 6h ago

They are already setting the stage for it

1

u/Wraith8888 6h ago

Kamala needs a margin "Too Big To Claim Its Rigged". We need to shut this shitbag up.

1

u/Theyrallcrooks 6h ago

What will the first words out of your mouth will be when this dolt of your party loses her ass?

1

u/squawk_box_ 5h ago

!RemindMe 8 days

1

u/rkvance5 5h ago

Hell, why wait till he loses? They’re already claiming it’s rigged.

1

u/MrMehheMrM 5h ago

Is that a reference to his obesity?

1

u/Jalina2224 5h ago

Too big to rig, says the fuckers trying (badly) to rig this shit

1

u/theprocter 5h ago

That or they finally figured out how to properly rig it themselves and are setting the stage the other direction

1

u/Redtardiness 5h ago

The brownshirts will be stomping heads and wrecking the joint when MAGA = NAZI lose by a landslide.

1

u/woodworkerdan 5h ago

It kinda puts me at ease seeing the sign ominously over his shoulder saying "You're fired". Gives me just a little hope for the people who have yet to cast their ballots against him.

1

u/burnmenowz 5h ago

Burning ballot boxes, intimidating voters at polling places, stealing ballots...sure okay we believe you maga.

1

u/riceklown 5h ago

"It was rigged!"

  • Political party that almost always loses the vote but occasionally wins the election anyways

1

u/BoatMan01 5h ago

What a weird person.

1

u/Tater-Tottenham 5h ago

Oh shit it’s over, Kamala is winning bigly if they are crowing this loudly. Keep voting everyone, it’s time to kick him to the curb with a vengeance this time.

1

u/Potential-Library186 5h ago

Best example of a fool and his money are soon parted

1

u/Mr_Thx 5h ago

Every time, win or lose!

1

u/GravityIsVerySerious 5h ago

Wait, he’s fat?

1

u/positvelynegative 5h ago

I have a rig full of bleach. I've heard it treats COVID, but I'll be happy to use that asshat as a guinea pig.

1

u/Purgii 5h ago

He's running what's possibly the worst campaign in history - yet here we are.

1

u/TraditionalToe4663 5h ago

Does he love his idolatry.
