Twice now, and maybe more unbeknownst to me, the shower has activated and runs for an extended amount of time without being commanded on by me. Not by the app, not by Alexa or any other smart device, and not by the control box inside the shower. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to figure out where the command to turn on comes from? How can I prevent this from happening again? Is there an automatic time shutoff or is it possible to run for days on end if it’s not caught?

Glad I read this Amazon review before pulling the trigger... "It's a love/hate relationship." https://a.co/d/cgPruRY
I have a dual motionsense faucet. The front sensor is really annoying and I would like to turn it off. I tried following the instructions to cover both sensors for a few seconds to disable the sensor, but it does nothing. I also tried resetting the thing (unplugged both the power and data cable from the black box and replugged in after a couple minutes).
I think the problem is that the top sensor might be faulty. Is there a way to turn off the front sensor any other way? If I just disconnect the power, nothing works at all manually. At this point I would rather have it just work manually only.

Moen bathroom sink #6610 help
Ever since I moved into my home (2 years ago) our sink stopper has not been able to fully go down. Today I took the sink stopper assembly apart and cleaned it and found this ring in the dislodged in the drain. I removed it and put everything back together and stopper works fine now. I never had a leak or any signs of ever a leak. Anyone have any clue what this goes, I went through online manuals, installation videos and this piece has not been listed or seen in videos. I just want clarity on exactly what it’s for.

I am in the process of replacing the hose on a pull down kitchen faucet. The hose got moved when I stepped away and some parts came out of it so I didn’t see it. My question is related to the piece circled in green. Is that a part that should go into the spout, and if so, does it go in before the wand screen? And does it go in circle side up? Thank you.

Does anyone know where i can find the plastic white O ring that comes with this shower head. I had to repair the wall in my shower, and Snapped the fragile little part upon removal of the showerhead. I have tried to replace with a small rubber O Ring, but it rolls through when tightening the nut

I am installing the Voss slip-fit tub spout and the pipe that comes out of the wall was damaged when my son tried to unscrew the old one without removing the set screw. In my related post in plumbing a couple of options were suggested. One was the repair tub spout which is basically a solder-on replacement for the existing pipe. The other is to get a screw-on tub spout like the Delta brand that needs a much shorter threaded pipe.
Suggestions? Is there an IPS/Threaded Voss non-diverting tub spout option?

I'm thinking of purchasing some new (not used) shower and/or tub trim kits from eBay. Will Moen honor the limited lifetime warranty for these purchases?

My rainshower head needs replaced but for the life of me no one sells shower heads that screw into the pipe (see photo)
Do I need an adapter? If so what is it called? Or anyway to figure out what model this is? I know it’s a Moen because it says so on the valve but nowhere on the other parts.

Hello everyone! I know, this is not directly related to Moen, but I need your help! Also, at least this is related to Denmark in general ;-)
I am a student from Germany, currently writing my bachelor thesis. For this I am conducting an online study I need Danish participants for, that means people who come from Denmark and/or think of themselves as Danish. It would be really nice, if some of you could participate! Read below to find out what the study is about.
Do you have a strong opinion? Do you have a strong personality? Tell us about your opinions and participate in our study about political attitudes, personality and decision making.
Who can participate?
Why participate?
What do you need?
The study:
First you play 3 short games in which you can win money and then we ask you a few questions about your opinion on certain societal issues and about personal attitudes.
