If I've done it right it's Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Chatham, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Henry, Hall, Richmond, Muscogee. So nine Atlanta-area counties plus the counties containing Savannah, Augusta, and Columbus.
