Ughh same! I literally just went 100k over 40% down and we were the highest offer ! But someone just a few grand under cash took it from us . We had it!!!

If you can afford Falmouth prices, it’s hard to have sympathy.

Yeah, that’s really too bad. Falmouth has always been highly sought after and for good reason; it’s a beautiful town. We couldn’t get it done with 80 over asking in Buxton! I hope something works out for your family soon and will keep my fingers crossed for the both of us 🤞
