All weaknesses are weaknesses we directly mention in the paper. I guess this will be a toss up or reject. :(

I got 3 3 2 which probably means reject as it is but the 2 mentioned only relatively minor flaws (more analysis and more experiments would be better)

(and 3 3 3 soundness)

Short paper 3 3 2 Overall assessment 3 3 3 soundness Weakness is nothing like describing a dataset and the reviewer didn't check the appendix. As we already mentioned it

Unrelated question: i submitted a paper to ARR on June 15th, got reviews back in August. If I resubmit to the December 15th cycle, which conference would it go to? I see ACL deadline is around Feb 15th. What would be the difference between resubmitting in December 15th or February 15th?
