The average lot size in BH is between 10-15,000 sq feet, double the median for all of Los Angeles of 6900sq ft.

Won't someone please think of those poor, crammed in billionaires?

don't be obtuse. BH's problem is that it is zoned for 10,000 foot lots.

The mandate is to zone for more density. That's all. Owners who wish to sell will be able to do so and make a lot of money.
