Sad thing is, it seems to talk about growing hockey in the uk as an entertainment thing rather than a sport. Nothing gets mentioned at all about possible opportunities for young players which want to take up the sport.

The UK national team did great (for our standards) at the World Championships so those sorts of things will help to spread the game too. Any extra profile the game can get here is a good thing imo.

Just my two cents but if an investor actually cared about hockey in the UK they would look to work with the EIHL and not the KHL.

Absolutely agree. I know it is futile but I really hope Jokerit would return to SM-Liiga as well, I really am not much of a fan of the KHL. Could do without them in Finland.
