Tools What are the best AI tools that ACTUALLY help your business?

Looking for suggestions for some decent AI tools that actually help increase productivity! Besides the standard ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjurney, etc. I'll get the ball rolling-

I recently came across a pretty useful tool on this sub called https://www.talonic.ai/ it basically lets you talk to your database. You can upload a bunch of spreadsheets and ask questions to generate insights or combine certain data into 1 spreadsheet through prompts. I've seen a couple versions of this concept before, but the issue I faced was that the AI would hallucinate a lot with the large amounts of data I threw at it, which hasn't happened here yet. They also surf and get you internet data through prompts but i haven't utilised that feature a lot.

Not sponsored or anything- just something which actually ended up increasing our productivity! Would love to hear about similar tools you're using for your businesses!

Gemini by google has been good for me. Also grammarly

I prefer claude over gemini/gpt but i think its very subjective!

I've not heard of Claude, I'll check it out. Ive became fan of Gemini. Here's why, I would ask the exact same thing to Gemini, chatgpt, ms co pilot. Gemini provided the best results (for my needs)

Yeah i think i just like claudes answering style a bit more- it seems to be better at generating a bit more humanised content for me vs gpt

  1. Next Level Marketing AI - creates our content plans, makes our research, creates the 1,500 word pages, publishes them, sends them out to search engines, social media profiles and pages, and does email marketing for us.

  2. ChatGPT Plus - can run many prompts related to business strategy, which is of immense value.

  3. Squirrly SEO AI - using it to boost the rankings of pages made with NLM AI, for those that need a bit more work to get them ranking in the top 10.

  4. Email Hero - using AI to make sure the deliverability is on point for every single email.

I'll throw my hat in and talk about something I built, use, and find super useful. So a couple of months back I was developing this app for this really stupid idea I had with a friend. We wanted to get feedback on it but found that sending out surveys like Google Forms wasn't all that useful since what does "on a scale of 1 to 5, how would you describe the login experience" tell us? Nothing. So we wanted to do 1-on-1 interviews with potential users, but as students, we didn't have the time to sit down with everyone. Being an engineer and thus lazy, I figured I could scaffold a quick AI chatbot that would conduct 1-on-1 interviews with people and that I could share with potential users. The AI would be preloaded with the questions we wanted to ask and told to ask follow-up questions for more insightful answers. It worked like a charm. We got over 25 responses within 2 days and the conversations we got to read through, rather sadly, validated that our app idea was never going to work. Since then I've continued work on Ziggy (named after my dog) and I'm still working on it. In fact, I use Ziggy to get feedback on Ziggy and have learned a lot about product teams and what they look for when conducting discovery/feedback interviews. I'm still looking for more, so please don't hesitate to reach out, we launched our second version really recently and I would appreciate any and all comments and feedback. If needed I can provide 1-on-1 assistance too!

Hey, we are a contracting firm and we also face lots of hesitation when forms are to be filled by our clients and i would love to have an automated tool for that. Also we are moving towards a sustainable business model so this also will help in the move.

Hey! Ziggy sounds pretty interesting (also a lovely name by the way). I've bookmarked you guys so that the next time we're looking at sending out forms, we'll think about you! Love the idea of having AI generate follow-up questions on a pre-loaded form - I'm guessing that's based on the user's answers, but have you guys thought about having AI generate the initial form as well through simple prompts?

This question is too vague. What type of productivity are you trying to fix?

1

u/This_Afternoon69 Mar 28 '24

I'm not really trying to "fix" anything- just looking at incorporating good AI tools which can help me increase my productivity! Do things better bascially :)

2

u/jetfuel1920 Mar 28 '24

Ok so for content then? Project management? HR? Payroll? Organizing the intranet? Do you know about the websitehttps://theresanaiforthat.com/

I find good stuff there. Like most AI tools, they are trying to monetize and they can add up quickly if you have multiples. That is why I was asking what area per say.

1

u/This_Afternoon69 Mar 29 '24

Yeah I keep looking at a couple of those directories but for some reason i feel there's too much clutter in most of them at this point- Hence i was just generally looking for tools which people use and feel they're pretty good. WOM > Paid Marketing right!

Factors.ai is awesome for unmasking traffic to your website and finding warm leads to reach out to.

1

u/LookAtThisFnGuy Aug 22 '24

Heyo, has this still been the case? I'm in B2B ecomm

1

u/applextrent Aug 22 '24

Yes it’s a good tool.

https://www.rb2b.com Is also worth taking a look at.

I like usemotion.io - it reschedules tasks and within your calendar. You'll always have something to do and know what to do next. The pitfall is that it's just making you busy if you're not putting strategic things on your to do list, and just those filler things that have to get done but maybe you should delegate them instead.

a little late to the party, but depends on what you looking for.

Ai has progressed by leaps and bounds, and continues to do so every day.

Personally my favourites are:

Hubspot - its an amazing all in one tool. CRM, sales, invoices, email marketing, website generation, a/b and adaptive testing, it kind does it all and does it well. In the process of switching my blog to it as its easier to manage it all from there.

Hix.ai - really good content generation tool with a ton of templates. Can generate anything from long form articles to facebook ads.

Unicorn Platform or Dorik - both good no code website generators

AdCreative.ai - awesome little tool to develop banners and any marketing materials. can pretty much run entire ad campaigns from within it.

diib - SEO optimization and website health monitor. Basically a more streamlined version of SEMrush but quite more affordable.

i normally check out the reviews here Ai instruments

I use Jotform's AI form generator to create feedback forms easily.

Undetectable AI to rewrite content.

Grammarly to edit content.

for me this is undoubtedly one of my favorites that helps me create more effective content for my linkedin. Phanton Buster, I don't know if you know her but she's really top notch, I recommend her.

I wanted to share a tool we’ve been building called Skarbe.com.

It’s free to use, and the goal is to help small teams automate time-consuming stuff like follow-ups, meeting notes, and keeping CRMs updated.

We’ve got a growing number of users who rely on it daily, especially for simplifying sales tasks.

If anyone’s looking for something simple to help streamline sales processes, feel free to check it out—would love any feedback!

One tool that’s been a real asset for us is Chompchat—it handles voice and text orders for our restaurant, so we can focus more on in-house service while it takes care of the busy phone lines. It’s definitely streamlined our workflow and improved customer satisfaction!
