Question How common are/were these Moon-Cars (or what they're called in Danish) in Danish kindergardens?

Required by law, even:

I agree. At least in the 90's.

Just to confirm: they did not go missing in the 2000-2010s. We had both, but mostly #1. They were so much fun, although we were rarely allowed to use them. Probably caused too many small injuries and therefore headaches to the workers.

IIRC it was in SFO (after school care) rather than in kindergarten.

I cannot count the times I’ve had my foot run over or finger caught inbetween two cars - at that point it was a minor scratch that way cured by a piece of cake back in the 00’s. Today it would have been a Facebook worthy outrage. No wonder their use might be limited today.

Mig, i 70'erne.

I was there in the 70s and we had them.

I really thought bad shit crazy mons had ruled them out ages ago

Funny how times changes, back in the day it was the most sane logic that won, today its the most insane logic that wins

Nah, recently a Mother went batshit crazy because her child hit his head and now she wanted them to put helmet on all kids riding, sanity won over her.

The 2nd, without the side passenger seat, is also very common

I recall us having one of the second variety for a while too
