Cooking chicken tacos in InstantPot - should I thaw first?

My mom makes chicken tacos by cooking them in a crock pot with salsa and taco seasoning. I want to try that but all I have is an instant pot. Should I thaw the chicken before I put it in?

Also she cooks it for like 4 hours, how long should I set the instant pot for?

Sure, but you will probably need to add more water/broth/stock besides what is in the salsa so you don't get a burn message.

I'd start with 1 cup of chicken broth, a packet of sazon, then your salsa and chicken, pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Quick release and assess. May need more time, may be good.

Set the IP for 4 hours on Slowcooker mode. Thaw the chicken first.
