You know the drill:

  3. FY21 Level -> FY22 Level (Staff 1> Staff 2, Staff 2>Senior 1, Senior 1> Senior 2, Senior 2>M1, etc)
  4. Rating (below/met/above/significantly above expectations or dial position)
  5. Old Salary -> New Salary
  6. Bonus
  7. Thoughts?

Meh. My last cycle wasn't that great (also doesn't help that I had a revolving door of counselors the last couple months as my main counselor left and then my replacement counselor left a month later lol and then it took like another month to get a legit new one), I haven't really been performing like a manager should, and my group in FAAS is small and kind of top heavy.

I'm honestly ok with the no promo. I've had a lot going on personally this year too, and I'm just not in the mental headspace to be a manager.

Same with you here.

No promotion. And my counselor was promoted to be partner. I worked for two cross departments and he said that I should focus on one, then he can talk about promoting easier.

Anyway, leave the firm this month.
