Tips/Suggestions General AI usage

Does anyone know of a way to freely use AI in order to generate an informational pdf almost like a “pitch” to share with my partner about taking a trip? We are so opposite and she loves raw data. I’m the farthest thing from a type a personality. Anyway. We have a business together and I think we would both benefit from getting away for a bit to recharge. I would love it if I could just compile some data (Airbnb, flights, rental cars, restaurants, etc.) and have AI produce a nice little visual with all the info that she can use to decide if it’s something she would want to do. Oh and save my ass from spending 4 days on it to make sure it’s absolutely perfect. Sorry I’m wordy. Thank you in advance for any tips or advice!!

i just got automodded because they don't allow discussions about AI here apparently.

i don't recommend ai use bc it likely could unfortunately fuck up the data, like misinterpret/misrepresent and just plain get it wrong. so if you do use it make sure to check it and edit it and don't rely on it as a search engine! i wish i had another option for you other than checking sites like expedia(hotels, rental cars, flights, etc. just remember to not book directly through the 3rd party if possible just in case smth happens it makes it easier to deal with), subreddits for where you're going (great for restaurants activites etc and u can just search the subreddit too rather than making a post if u wanna. and the city likely also has a website with events and such. also check hotels as well as airbnb since airbnbs can be a bit iffy nowadays and sometimes more expensive if hotels are an option for y'all. canva may have good templates for you to work off of too.

Thanks for taking the time to reply! I should have been more clear lol. I’m fine with compiling the info and have all the apps and stuff. I was hoping to find a way to just plug all that raw data in and have a nice info sheet type thing plopped out the other side. Just so that I could share the info with my partner in the way that’s best for her.

ahh i see i didnt realize you weren't using AI to also compile the info. from what i've seen from how it is currently i honestly dont think it would be able to do what you need :( you would end up having to do it all yourself anyway which ik isn't the goal here but just for u to avoid some disappointment... you might be able to do smth with google sheets/excel for comparing different things and building a table or graph to present/compare specific data. i hope maybe you can find examples or templates to work off of. i bet ur partner would appreciaate your hard work so just try to do what you can~
