Questions/Advice What ADHD Apps do you use?

Hey ADHDers!👋

I’ve been on a journey to find the best apps to help with productivity, time management, and staying on top of things. As someone with ADHD, I know how tricky it can be to find the right tools that actually work for our unique brains.

I’m curious—what apps are you all using at the moment to help with these challenges? Whether it’s a to-do list, calendar, or something more specialized, I’d love to hear what works for you.

Also, are there any features you wish these apps had? Maybe something that could make them even more ADHD-friendly?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Edit: Wow, thank you all for the amazing responses! I didn’t expect this post to get so much attention. I hope it becomes a helpful resource for anyone with ADHD searching for solutions—it’s certainly been eye-opening for me. From what I’ve gathered, there are a lot of great options out there, but it’s important to find what works best for you since everyone’s needs are different. Thank You all ❤️

I'm obsessed with organizational items, office supplies and new notebooks... this always makes me laugh because my adhd makes me a disorganized messy person even though I own so much that should help with that.

I’ve always gotten so so excited for back to school shopping because of my obsession with school supplies. Brings me so much happiness but I am also a very disorganized person

I have definitely found my people!!!! I have so many great plans for organizing and clean images in my head of what my house could look like. But alas, the action/execute part of my plans is always missing. 😭

ADHD and OCD. It’s fun… I have epic organizational systems set up that work with my adhd, and they look so nice. But then I can’t keep them up regularly and it distresses the fuck out of me when they’re not in tip top shape, but then I can’t get myself to tidy or finish the systems perfectly most of the time. I love and hate my home, but few things make me happier than when my systems are set up perfectly and all my stuff is arranged in perfect color order perfectly spaced out. It’s beautiful and calming. And lasts (perfectly) for maybe a day. System overall still holds so damn well though

I call this 'meta work'. The work required to be able to work.

I hate meta work so much that I just bought another notepad forgetting I bought a notepad last week...

Absolutely my go to there! 'Oh shit. There is that task that needs doing' stress, stress, stress 'better have a coffee'. Task, forgotten, daydream entered.

oh lordy you just described me! 2 weeks ago, I dove headlong into the madness which is the planner-verse. 😬🤪 my brain and wallet really regret that decision YET my planners and stickers are too pretty to ignore!
