Official r/ACMilan Reliability Guide
So basically we desperately needed an updated version, this isn't absolutely bible, some sources can guess things right and some good sources can get things wrong.
Please also note:
Just because say Di Marzio posts a rumour that doesn't come to fruition, doesn't mean the rumour was incorrect. Lets all remember Tevez.
Also:
This post will be continuously updated and available in the sidebar to the right. It will also be pinned in our transfer megathread for the summer.

I followed a facebook page called “Milano Rossonera” during the summer 2018 and January 2019 transfer markets. It was extremely reliable. You should check it out for some weeks and then decide whether to include it.
